About the Designer

Originally from Kansas City, Jessie aspired to be an apparel designer from the age of ten. Her first jobs were as a seamstress—sewing masks for a local apparel brand during the pandemic and later working as an alterations specialist for wedding dresses. She never lost sight of her goal to become a designer, eventually studying apparel design and making the move to New York City.

In NYC, Jessie gained valuable experience at several start-up brands, learning the ins and outs of running a business, navigating the Garment District, sourcing fabrics, and managing production. These experiences sharpened her skills and deepened her commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

With Jessie Renée, she sets out to create a brand that feels both elevated and personal. Each piece is designed with intention and is made to order—prioritizing quality, reducing waste, and ensuring every dress feels like it was made just for you.
