Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Each garment is made to order and requires 3-4 weeks for processing, excluding shipping time. Production begins as soon as we receive your order. If there are any delays, our customer service team will reach out to you. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it immediately and you'll receive tracking information — even if it’s ahead of schedule.
Orders are subject to materials availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable or require updated materials.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact info@jessiereneenyc.com if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
Unfortunately, Jessie Renee is unable to process or ship international orders at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
You'll receive more details about the shipping time once your order has been processed.
- UPS Ground: delivers roughly 1-5 business days after processing.
- UPS Next Day Air: delivers roughly the next business day after processing.
MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
If you request modifications or cancellation before production has started, then we'll do our best to accommodate you.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to info@jessiereneenyc.com and we will do everything we can to help locate the package for you. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please reach out to info@jessiereneenyc.com as soon as possible to let us know. We may ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
ORDER STATUS
You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order.
If you were logged in to your customer account while placing the order, you may also check the order status by logging into your account and clicking the “Order History” tab. Note: registered customers who were not logged in when the order was submitted will not see their order on the “Order History” tab.

Jessie Renee accepts the following payment methods:

Jessie Renee does not accept checks, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order.

SALES TAX
Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to New York State. Please note that tax calculations are based on the state and county shipping address on your order, as well as item price/classification.
For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Details may be found at the website of your respective tax authorities. Consult a tax professional for information regarding the sales and use taxes that may be associated with your purchase.
