RETURN POLICY

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the order date by reaching out to us at info@jessiereneenyc.com or through our Contact page.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label in your email. Item(s) must be sent back to us within 14 days of return shipping label receipt.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and refunds will be issued for the purchase price less a $25 return shipping fee.
